This 5-Week Beginner Yoga Series is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga a less scary experience. The series is designed for the brand new yogi to learn the basic foundation on which to build their practice. These classes will have a workshop format so feel free to ask questions!
- Week 1: Breathing and Sun Salutations (5/8)
- Week 2: Basic Sanskrit and Warrior Sequence (5/15)
- Week 3: Standing Poses and Balancing (5/22)
- Week 4: Seated Postures and Backbends (6/5)
- Week 5: Bring It All Together (6/12)
