Thai Yoga Bodywork is a dynamic combination of myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure and assisted yoga postures. Learn simple techniques that you can use on your partner (friend, partner, etc) and have your partner use on you! However, you do not need to come with a partner! We will pair you with another class participant (hey, meet someone new)!
Thai Yoga Bodywork is known for allowing the participant to relax and release, and tap into emotions that may be blocked in the body. Breathwork activates the energy deep inside the body and moves out any beliefs that are holding you back from living your full, whole life. Together in one workshop, these two practices will allow you to let it all go and move towards a joyful and empowered life!
Breathwork is an active pranayama that allows us to naturally, through the breath, release stagnant energy, and blocks that are keeping you from living your authentic life.
A breathwork circle is a welcoming, safe space that allows you to feel your way through your experience with the support of other like minded souls. The space will be grounded and safe, held open and without judgement, so that you are free to release whatever you need to release, to move forward on your path back home, to you. You deserve to live completely and without apology. Come let it all out. I'll hold safe space for you.
