Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive poses that target the connective tissues (fascia and ligaments) rather than focusing on superficial muscles. Typically Yin poses are held for 3-5 minutes as the client is asked to relax into the posture, allowing much deeper access to the body.
Breathwork is an active pranayama that allows us to naturally, through the breath, release stagnant energy, and blocks that are keeping you from living your authentic life.
A breathwork circle is a welcoming, safe space that allows you to feel your way through your experience with the support of other like minded souls. The space will be grounded and safe, held open and without judgement, so that you are free to release whatever you need to release, to move forward on your path back home, to you. You deserve to live completely and without apology. Come let it all out. I'll hold safe space for you.
