What is Yoga Sculpt?
This class combines light weights and resistance bands (and other toys!) with traditional yoga poses to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance and sculpt the body. Expect a fast-pace yoga flow, mixed with barefoot bootcamp elements, barre, and some kickboxing moves to challenge those addicted to cardio. Tone and sculpt your body your body and build long, lean muscles through a fusion of challenging and innovative exercises. Catch your breathe with a nice Savasana at the end. This practice should make your students feel strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day!
Who should take this training?
Our training is perfect for fitness trainers who are looking for new ideas or yoga instructors looking to bring some extra intensity into their classes. So many people NEED yoga but don't have time to add it in to their schedule of cardio, strength, and HIIT training OR a lot of yogis crave an extra push. Fusing yoga, strength, and cardio into one epic class is the perfect way to make the most of our client's time!
