Beginning students might feel overwhelmed in a typical class. Let us get you started and feel more comfortable! Build the confidence you need to practice in a group setting. (3+ sessions recommended)
We can tailor your practice to benefit your personal fitness needs. Are you training for a marathon or recently took up golf? We can bring you poses that will compliment your other activities!
Are you coming back from an injury or have a health concern? We can focus on poses to help heal the area of concern and make special alterations.
Create your own personal schedule. Do you find that your schedule keeps you from coming to our regular classes? We can pick a time that works for you.
We can dive into postures that you are hoping to master! Are you a more advanced yogi and have not yet mastered a headstand or particular bind? Or do you want to make sure that your Vinyasa flow is perfectly aligned? We can work on ways to build into the pose.
