Yoga For Stress + Anxiety

Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of mind & body practices that will help reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety and stress. Anxiety, stress and depression are a part of many of our daily lives. It is rare we get an opportunity to stop, breathe and be present. By slowing down, you allow yourself to check in and become mindful, reawakening the awareness within you. Camille provides students with the tools they need to manage anxiety and stress, leading to a more peaceful and happy life. Join Camille on the mat with your worries, leave feeling blissfully more like yourself.

What to Expect: Camille will guide students through a restorative class that has a balance of movement and rest which activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This allows students to feel relaxed. Camille will integrate tools to help the students feel more relaxed and in the present moment. These tools can be used in daily life to help students with stress and anxiety and even prevent future anxiety or panic attacks. Breathing exercises, meditations, mantras, essential oils, singing bowls, yoga nidra, journaling and mindfulness techniques will be offered to students throughout the class. These can all be applied outside of class as well.
